Welcome to Imagine. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our site.

1. User Registration & Accounts

By registering an account with Imagine, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during registration.

  • Ensure your store name does not contain the word "Imagine."

  • Provide further documentation upon request (such as identity verification or business licenses) to maintain account security.

Note: Imagine reserves the right to limit, suspend, or cancel unverified or inactive accounts without liability.

2. Intellectual Property & Usage

  • Purpose: Content on this site is provided for product information only and is subject to change without notice.

  • Trademarks: "Imagine," our logos, and related branding are registered or unregistered trademarks. Unauthorized use in a way that disparages or miscredits Imagine is prohibited.

  • Copyright: All text, graphics, logos, and software are the property of Imagine or its licensors and are protected by international copyright laws.

  • Restrictions: You may not reproduce, sell, or exploit any portion of this site for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

3. Communication Platform

Imagine acts solely as an online marketplace. We provide the platform for buyers and sellers to interact; however:

  • We are not a party to the actual transaction between users.

  • We do not hold legal title to items or guarantee that a buyer or seller will complete a transaction.

  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by third-party sellers.

4. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe community, users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Posting false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content.

  • Listing items that infringe on third-party intellectual property.

  • Listing prohibited goods (e.g., weapons, narcotics, securities, or restricted animal products).

  • Using the site for any illegal purposes or distributing harmful software (viruses/malware).

  • Manipulating prices or circumventing our fee structure.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Membership: Browsing and buying on Imagine is free.

  • Seller Fees: Sellers are charged transaction and listing fees as per our Fees & Credit Policy.

  • Late Payments: Invoices must be paid within 30 days. Non-payment may result in warnings, account suspension, or legal action.

  • Taxes: Users are responsible for all applicable taxes (GST included in listed prices).

6. Returns, Refunds, and Availability

  • Returns: Please refer to our dedicated [Warranty & Return Policy].

  • Refunds: If a replacement is unavailable, refunds are processed within 10 days (Bank Transfer) or 5 days (Easypaisa/Credit Card).

  • Availability: While we aim for accuracy, we will notify you via email or SMS if an ordered item becomes unavailable.

7. Shipping and Undeliverable Items

If a seller’s goods are returned as undeliverable and the seller fails to arrange a pickup within 60 days, Imagine reserves the right to liquidate or dispose of the items to recover costs.

8. Liability & Indemnity

  • Risk: Use of this website is at your own risk. Imagine is not liable for business losses, loss of data, or indirect damages.

  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Imagine and its affiliates against any claims or legal costs arising from your breach of this agreement.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan.

  • Disputes: Any disputes will first be subject to a 30-day good-faith negotiation period.

  • Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration under the LCIA Rules at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

10. General Provisions

  • Electronic Communication: You agree to receive notices and promotional materials electronically. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time.

  • Severability: If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.

  • Language: In the event of a translation, the English version shall prevail.
