When Can You Request an Exchange?

You are entitled to a full replacement at no extra cost if:

  • The product received does not match your original order.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Notification: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to exchange.

  2. Contact Us: Email us at imagineapparelco1@gmail.com . Please include your Order ID in the communication.

  3. Shipping: The item must be dispatched back to us via courier within 7 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Terms & Conditions (Do’s and Don’ts)

To ensure your exchange is processed smoothly, please ensure the following:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original purchase condition.

  • Completeness: Returns must include all original packaging, manufacturer containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

  • Packaging: All original manufacturer packaging must be unmarked and free from any defacement or tape damage.
